RETURN POLICY

We hope you will simply love

all the items you order from KKreations. We do understand however,there are times when there is a reason for a return. Please follow the instructions below to expedite your merchandise return and credit to your account.

1. Please notify carrier of any apparent damage to outside packaging of product immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt and inspection.

2. Please notify KKreations by email (kkreationsanddesign@gmail.com) or by phone (1-877-330-3303) or (702-395-9714) of any damage immediately (within 24 hours) after receiving your product.

3. Be sure to retain the original packaging product was sent in for the return. Items will not be accepted for exchange or credit that have obviously been used, damaged or not in original packaging.

4. We offer a 15 day return/exchange policy with a "20% re-stocking fee". The 20% is off the original price of the product.

5. Please note if you are a Nevada resident (only) there is 8.10% sales tax automatically added to your order. However, we do offer complimentary delivery in Las Vegas/ Henderson, NV area only

SHIPPING/ HANDLING INFO

We generally ship by USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex ground (only if requested). Your order will normally ship within 2 to 5 business days.

1. You will receive confirmation upon check-out with an email sent to your email address.

2. If there is any reason your product is delayed we will contact you. Please leave a contact phone # or email address you can be reached.

3. Some items may require extra shipping cost depending on weight and size. The site will normally let you know the possibility of extra shipping cost so please contact us if you should see this notice on your ordered item.

4. We cannot ship to P.O. BOX #'S. You must have a home,office, or apartment address to receive shipments.

$12.96 - $25.00      $6.00 +

$25.01 - $60.00    $12.00 +

$60.01 - $100.00        $25.00 +

$100.01 or more    $30.00 +

At times we will waive shipping/handling cost on some products we may offer on sale or special!

We are sorry but we do not offer International shipping at this time but we hope to be offering shipment in the near future. Please leave us a message if you have a special request.
